Before Cartridge on Wheels Linda and I came out of the technology world and dabbled in
direct mail advertising. We loved the Cartridge on Wheels business model when we were introduced to it.
Value
First, we will make sure that our customers always have the gasoline they need to run their business; ink and toner. We offer free delivery of new cartridges and an ability to maintain a stock level at the customer site that will insure they will not run out of toner or ink between our delivery cycles.
Secondly, for our customers we guarantee a two hour response time for a trouble call. Service calls are always complimentary for our customers.
Thirdly, if a customer has a printer failure that is critical to their business we will fix it or put a free loaner printer in place until the failed printer can be fixed or replaced…the customer will only pay for the toner they use.
